I’m getting a little bored with my food choices, so I’m going to have to get better about planning ahead and making more interesting food choices for myself. WoMan cannot live on smoothies and salads alone. I mean, I can, but I don’t want to. I really do love my smoothies, I just get hungry pretty quick, when I have them for breakfast. I do love salad, but definitely can’t do them as a meal every day.
In addition to a plant-based keto diet being limited in nature, Dr. Axe explains that there’s also a high probability that someone on this diet would struggle to consume enough calories and essential fat-soluble vitamins. As good as the recipe seems please don’t say it is keto. It isn’t. I don’t know if you are just trying to make keto a relevant keyword for ranking or what. This is a disservice to people who are on the diet. Carrots are completely against keto. So are sweet onions, all beans and legumes, canned tomatoes are loaded with sugar. Calling it meatless, vegan, or what have you is fine. But don’t call it keto chili. You are simply lying to viewers.

Regardless of whether or not you can process gluten, seitan is very high in carbs. I don’t touch it. Also, beans or any fruit other than a few berries. Certainly not a tennis ball worth of fruit and under no circumstances a hockey puck worth of carbs!! Also, if it weren’t for heavy whipping cream, cream cheese and butter, I’d have a terrible time getting the fat and calories I need, so 2 dice worth is no dice. If I followed this advice I would never be in ketosis. I think the author needs more experience.
In the first week you lose a lot of water weight. That is why you lose so much so fast. I went off the diet and gained 7lbs over night...all water weight. They say a good rule of thumb is to take what your weight lose is the first 5 days and add that to your weight...this will be your weight if you go off of the diet. I lost 25lbs in a month.
